At Shubh Dosa Junction, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. This Refunds and Cancellation Policy outlines our terms regarding order cancellations, refunds, and related concerns.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Dine-In & Takeaway Orders: Once an order is placed and prepared, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Party & Bulk Orders: Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No Online Orders: As of now, we do not accept online orders through our Website.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
Incorrect Order: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
Food Quality Issues: If there is a valid concern regarding the quality of food, you must report it immediately at the time of receiving the order. Refund requests made after the food has been consumed will not be accepted.
Non-Availability of Items: In rare cases where an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or issue a refund.
Refunds will be processed in the same mode of payment used during the transaction, and it may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
3. No-Show & Late Pickup Policy
Takeaway Orders: If a takeaway order is not picked up within the specified time, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Party Orders: Failure to collect party orders at the agreed time may result in cancellation without a refund.
